We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The item must be unused (or minimally used) and in resellable condition.
  • Include your order number so we can process the refund quickly.

How to Start a Return

Email us at office@orenxt.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We'll respond within 1 business day with the return address and any additional instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error. In those cases we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please email a photo of the item and packaging to office@orenxt.com within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue quickly - either by sending a replacement or refunding your order in full.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order.
