Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Israel.

All orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse in Temecula, California, USA.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PT will begin processing the next business day.

United States - Shipping Rates & Times

  • Standard shipping: 3-5 business days (often sooner on the West Coast).
  • Free shipping on orders over $45 - automatically applied at checkout.
  • Under $45: flat-rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Israel - Shipping Rates & Times

  • Standard international: 10-15 business days.
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Please note: Israeli customs may apply import duties or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Failed Delivery & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days at office@orenxt.com. We will help investigate and, when appropriate, ship a replacement.
